I contributed to a reputation analysis through structured interviews with the Board of Directors of the National Federation of Veterinary Surgeons (FNOVI).
I conducted part of the interviews and analyzed the results using qualitative approaches and data visualization tools (word cloud, word compass), providing insights useful for narrative and strategic positioning.

I analyzed the target audience through qualitative and quantitative research, contributing to the definition of buyer personas that met their needs.
I managed the monitoring of digital interactions, moderating and managing critical issues, and produced a final report highlighting the key findings.

For the Symbola Foundation, I managed the analysis of the media landscape (print and social media) related to both its editorial publications and topics and influencers deemed relevant or in line with the foundation.
This work resulted in monthly reports. The goal was to provide timely and updated information on the relevant context, thus enabling constant realignment of the strategy and ensuring it effectively responded to the feedback gathered.

Macass APS

Starting with the third edition of MAC Fest, the flagship event of the Macass APS association (of which I was a co-founder), a public and transparent reporting process was launched to analyze the festival's impact.
The association has defined quantitative and qualitative metrics to analyze the following aspects:
  • Number of projects completed.
  • Mapping of stakeholders involved.
  • Audience analysis (at events and on social media).
  • Effectiveness and perception of the festival (through feedback).
  • Press review.
  • Details of costs incurred and revenue generated.

I managed fundraising activities by building and maintaining relationships with sponsors and partners.
I coordinated crowdfunding campaigns, contributing to fundraising and active community engagement. Activities focused not only on raising resources but also on building lasting relationships with stakeholders.

Reviews, regardless of their rating, are essential for a brand's positioning. For Saporìa, I specifically managed negative reviews: I supported the team in communicating internally about the issues that arose and, at the same time, responded directly to the customer.
In these responses, I carefully and transparently communicated the possible causes or problems encountered, always verifying the validity of the criticisms.
